Return Policy

For any incorrect or defective product, please contact customer service, by completing the information box below. We will do our best to resolve the problem immediately. For any product damaged after purchase, we will require original order receipt and will honor the return on a case-by-case matter. To return any other return products for a full refund, items MUST remain sealed, with tag/s still attached, and include the original receipt within 10 (ten) business days of delivery. For any sealed products returned past 10 (ten) business days, the customer is responsible for the restocking fee of $5 (five dollars, US), which include shipping cost.

To return items by mail-

Make sure to prepare your invoice, then indicate the type of return you want, by selecting the returning item/s. Use the prepaid shipping label, and prepare the package in a secure manner, using the original packaging if possible, and include a copy of the complete invoice. 
Affix your shipping label to the package, and make sure no other tracking labels are showing. Record your tracking number for reference. 

What happens next?-

We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise (minus any restocking fees) as soon as we receive the delivery. Then our customer service will email to confirm the return has been completed. Refunds are in the original form of payment, such as credit cards used for the purchase. Depending on the credit card company, the refund may take up to 10-15 (ten to fifteen) business days until posted to your account.
